busy day..
Apr. 2nd, 2004 01:53 pmso... after my aquatherapy, my physical therapist decided to put my pelvis/hips back in neutral? apparently, i've got a transmission and clutch and didn't even know it.
i have no idea what it means. she asked me to do some exercises this week. no big deal. i can suck in my belly and lift my pelvis. she said my butt might be sore from whatever she did. o_O i guess i'll find out when it starts aching.
recycling is put off til tomorrow. i realized my inlaws won't be here til early afternoon... that gives us plenty of time to take care of it and hopefully a chance to do it when it's not damp and rainy.
i did most of the stuff on my list, however. :) woohoo!
now, i'll rest for a bit, make dinner, and head off to starbucks.
