busy day..

so... after my aquatherapy, my physical therapist decided to put my pelvis/hips back in neutral? apparently, i've got a transmission and clutch and didn't even know it.

i have no idea what it means. she asked me to do some exercises this week. no big deal. i can suck in my belly and lift my pelvis. she said my butt might be sore from whatever she did. o_O i guess i'll find out when it starts aching.

recycling is put off til tomorrow. i realized my inlaws won't be here til early afternoon... that gives us plenty of time to take care of it and hopefully a chance to do it when it's not damp and rainy.

i did most of the stuff on my list, however. :) woohoo!

now, i'll rest for a bit, make dinner, and head off to starbucks.

I'm thinking neutral in the context of body work is a good thing.

Speaking of recycling here, does the curbside stuff need to be sorted?

they pick up glass and cans at the curb, along with newspapers (if it's not raining).

plastics (1&2), other papers, magazines, egg/milk cartons all go to the recycling center across the street from you, where you can also take newspapers, cans, and glass bottles.

That first paragraph sounds so incredibly dirty.

Agreed . . . hopefully (since I never saw anything about further soreness from this) it worked . . . ?

Sorry, had to say it. :)
