I don't understand how people can take flax oil. The taste always makes me gag. The texture is icky. It's just... gross. And then I get gross flax burps for the next few hours. I can't get rid of the aftertaste--ever. I've had swiss cheese, quorn parmesan, chocolate cookies, soda, tea, etc. It's been a couple hours and the horrid taste of doom will not go away. It's always like this. It's not quite as bad this time, because at least the aftertaste is cinnamon-flax instead of oil.

Boy says my body is just crazy.

I bought some cinnamon-flavored (oil of cinnamon, not artificially-flavored) flaxseed oil today because, dammit, I need to get those Omega-3 fatty acids. And, well, I had a coupon. ;)

We're going to each have a tablespoon a day. I will complain about it, boy will tell me I'm nuts. :)

Mmmmm, flaxseed oil shooters. Oh, joy.

I should be getting dressed and putting on makeup, but boy is rubbing my back. How can I move?

i can't eat walnuts daily (nor that many walnuts ever), they make my mouth itch. it's probably tannic acid rather than an allergic reaction of some sort, but not worth the risk. and walnut oil would definitely make me gag.

canola/rapeseed oil still has the oil factor. ew. that's part of the problem. the texture of fats/oils is one of those squick things for me.
