i'm making baklazhani (eggplant). YUM.

it's a dish one loves best when one is vegetarian and has been in moscow for a few days and is quite hungry.

eggplant, onion, tomato, pickle, apple... cooked down for a couple hours and then seasoned with salt, pepper, and wine vinegar. if anyone wants the recipe, i'll post it.
so, you wanna make slimy eggplant mush?
