Oct. 18th, 2001 02:55 pmthe faxing of pertinent medical records to the pain management clinic has still not gone through.
i emailed a letter (word file) to boy so he could fax it to my doc from work. it was civilly worded, but also quite explicit with the details (dates, times, etc).
i'm sick of being lied to. i don't have the energy to find another doctor and my doctor is fine, it's her STAFF who need a swift kick in the arse.
i also think it's rotten that i can't even MAKE AN APPOINTMENT with the clinic unless they have my medical records. that's insane. i can explain the problem and the tests i've had quite nicely, thankyouverymuch.
yesterday was nice. no thinking about doctors. i went with a friend to see Grace Ziem (specialist in environmental illness). my friend has a lot of brain fog and sometimes needs an interpreter. ;) her appointment went well. afterwards, i drove (she was shaky) and took her to the Lourdes Grotto (replica) and the Mother Seton Shrine. my friend is Catholic and was happy to see those places. the energy at them is wonderful. i don't mind going. the catoctin mountains are beautiful and make me feel almost healthy again.
