rootofnewtyeah, so...
it's been a couple days since the dishes were done. they were all scraped, wiped, and rinsed, but not washed (we don't have a garbage disposal, mulch pile, nor dishwasher, so everything is done by hand)...
so i decided to work on them tonight... a swarm of fruit flies.
i still think these things spontaneously generate... it's not like there was even any FOOD on these dishes.
oh, well. after a couple of days with no food, they'll move on.
