It's traffic season in the 'ville. Soon, the UVA students and their families will be gone. We'll have another few weeks of mid-afternoon private/public school traffic, and then the summer flow will be relatively smooth.

It took me half an hour to drive home from Whole Foods this evening. That's right. Three times longer than usual (and that's if I hit *all* the lights red).

Ugh. It took me twice as long as usual to get home from work, and I heard many, many car horns on Hydraulic between 250 and 29. Including my own after a construction van nearly hit me while cutting suddenly in front of me.
