Things I always forget to do when buying new jeans . . .

coat the damn rivet backs with lacquer of some sort.

My belly still aches and itches from contact with the button rivet on my new jeans. The lacquer is now drying, but damn . . .

They're not in constant contact with my skin and I don't carry change in my pockets. I suppose if I taped one on, I'd have problems with it.
