rootofnewtI made the mistake of running a lot of errands on Tuesday. As a result, I spent yesterday pretty much couchbound, with an excursion to starbucks for urgently needed caffeine and giant for desperately desired saeurkraut. Boy drove.
Today, I have a friend coming in at 9:30pm. The house is a wreck. I'm doing small tasks here and there, but it will still be a wreck when he arrives. *sigh* I can't help it. I have to rest in between chores. Scrub sink, rest. Scrub faucets, rest. Those are *easy*, but they're very strenuous to this CFIDSer.
Tom has cleaned up his office, which is great for him, but the front room is the room that needs tidying for tonight, as that is where our guest will sleep.
The pain levels in my back and hips are atrocious. I hurt all over, but today my torso seems to just want me dead.
