Oh, that is sad. :( I wonder if US protectorates have zip codes? Nova Scotia could annex Guam.

Nah, we don't need a US protectorate, we've been flirting with the Turks and Caicos for years. Unfortunately, that doesn't solve the Zip Code issue :-)
