Oh, frabjous day!

xymoxed and bekesseg visited today.

I now have air conditioning and windows! around the unit, thanks to J. And K helped lots, too, and went shopping with me for glasscutting and chicken. YAY! for company!

Cauliflower with a coconut curry sauce, amritsari chole (that was from a package, as I didn't get the ma started earlier and didn't have time to finish cooking beans), creamy chicken korma with almonds (boy made that, since I don't do meat), pappadums, brown basmatic rice, and cucumber raita.

Very yummy.

We had a great time, even though J was working mostly! The window came out beautifully! I hope you guys enjoy the cooooool air and the pretty sunshine too! =D

The dinner was just plain awesome! Very yummy! We must dine again soon :) Maybe get some others over for board games, we have an unopened game, Cranium, that Jay is just dying to play with others sometime.

Also, don't forget about the plumbing, we could try next week for that, perhaps next Tuesday or Wednesday, whenever suits you. We'd actually show up earlier for that task though ;)

We'd be indebted forever. I do have a one-night houseguest next Wed or Thurs, I believe, but that wouldn't be an issue--they'd get in later.

But don't wear yourselves out. We're incredibly appreciative. And I'll cook again. Maybe Georgian.

And we like Cranium. Come up for a supper and game night! We could get Bri and a few others over and have drinks!

It's really amazing what you all did with what used to be the false wall. It's stylish but also functional. :) Much better than anything I'd have thought of, had I been in the situation.
