I had an absolutely fabulous garlic (not chocolate) ice cream at The Stinking Rose in San Francisco. It was yummy!

My favourite ice-cream flavour so far is habañero-lime, but the carmelized onion ice cream was also yummy. And any culinary endeavour that involves pouring cream into vats of liquid nitrogen has a certain je ne sais quoi.
