Two police cruisers pull up. No, it's not a bad joke. There was a 911 call, apparently from our address, but . . . we didn't make it. We'd only been home for ten minutes, too. The police called dispatch, shrugged, and left. I suggested boy check the basement, as there's a phone down there, but he says he locked the door before coming up.
Maybe somebody's stuck down there.

Date: 2005-04-25 04:24 am (UTC)I didn't feel especially safe though that when Chris got out of bed and went upstairs, answered the told and told the police that we didn't call that they just left. I'm glad he didn't have me tied up (um well, oh nevermind) in a bad way ready to murder me only for me to get to the phone and think I was saved except he told the police he didn't call and they left. You know?
