confusion reigns...

i bought the ingredients for chiles rellenos this week. i have no idea what recipe i was going to use. i know that it was vegetarian. it called for monterey jack. and i know that it used poblano chiles. and i know that i was supposed to broil the chiles first to cook 'em.

i have no idea if the recipe was online and found with a google search or seen on LJ. i don't know if it was in a vegetarian magazine of mine.

any thoughts? i'm hungry.
