rootofnewtCNN is on the ball! Goodness, yet another delightful article about how one discerns between a human and a chimpanzee.
After discussing this seriously and snidely for a few minutes, we finally realized *why* such a study is important. Now, the Constitution doesn't specifically rule out chimpanzees from running for public office, but I'm pretty sure that being human is implicit. Perhaps we can rule out a Bush re-appointment in 2004?
