the vegetable soup is on the stove--soon, it will be ready for potatoes and then green beans. i forgot to buy celery, which will make this soup less than stellar, but we'll live.

i really like the No Doubt video for their cover of "It's My Life" (Talk Talk, not Bon Jovi). I enjoy videos which aren't just people playing their instruments... the story aspect is fun.

Totally. I mean, hey, once you've seen random musicians stand around and play, unless they are _very_ cute, or doing something funky onstage, it's all about the same....

Whereas plot shows that someone was creative at least.

It's gotten all cold and rainy here too, I hope you feel better, soup has gotta help. All warming and tasty. I'm relying upon coffee and a bologna and cheese sandwich to warm me up....

When I saw that the other day, I was so confused. I kept thinking, "I know this song, why do I feel like I know this song?" And when the album name came up at the end, it said something like "No Doubt Hits," so I figured it was one of their old songs refinished or something. That didn't seem right, but it was all I could guess for some reason.
