rootofnewtlast night, i was hit full on by the horror that is my period. the pita dough was lucky to get made--and the breadmachine did that.
i woke up this morning, jumped in the shower, then got out the chickpeas and commenced to skinning them.
i'm very slow today. it's fortunate that (a) i stayed in last night; and (b) i have a extra hour today.
the hummus is now made. i need to make zucchini bread and bake the pita. i'll do the zucchini bread first. i should dig out the recipe, since i've actually *forgotten* it.
