In other news, my feet are cold, so I have them buried in a polarfleece blanket.

The landlord is going to stop by later today to figure out how to light the pilot light for the furnace, if that is, indeed, why we have no heat. I hope that's all it is. I couldn't figure out where to find the pilot light when I opened the unit up. It's a weird HVAC unit.

It's about 65 in here, which is a mite chilly when one prefers to be nude and there's no sunlight. Actually, since I'm not moving, it's making my hands ache. I can't type on this laptop while wearing gloves. I should go put on more clothing, too. I've got a skirt and a top on, but maybe tights and a sweater would help.

Chilly and rainy here- may get snow tonight- aieee!!! I booked off tonight. I guess that ventalin session at the doctors really wiped me out more than i thought and he's got me on some pretty heavy duty drugs. SO i'll go see *my* doctor tommorrow morning. Get another note for being off today and will probably be off tommorrow as well. Really need to get rid of this whatever it is and i sure don't want to wind up in the hospital getting ventalin treatments. blech. The stuff tastes awful and clogs up my nose.. I do look rather funny tho wearing the mask. *hugs* you get better too

All through college, with the questionable college housing heat, I had a pair of cheap gloves with the fingertips cut off so that I could keep chatting online (and/or write papers, or something). I've been thinking about knitting myself a pair of gauntlets, or similar things without fingers, for the same purpose.

65 is COLD???????

i put the gas fire on in our house when the temperature gets below 10C (50F) but anything over 15C (59) is WARM to me... even naked.
