i'm worried about boy. i accompanied him to his allergist appointment (kick-arse, by the way)... they tested his air flow, then gave him two puffs of albuterol and tested it again.

well, i went to fill my water bottle (antihistamines + neurontin + darv = very thirsty girl) and when i came back, he was jittery, shaking, and kinda manic. so they waited for him to settle down. then decided his histamine control didn't react enough (he only stopped antihistamines 48 hours ago), so they rescheduled testing, but gave him blood test orders, to be done tomorrow.

after he stopped shaking and jittering, we went home... i couldn't drive b/c i was convinced i was a ballon and would float away (thank you, darvocet)...

we came home, he went to bed... after nearly hitting three different parked cars in the parking lot. yes, i sent him to bed. he's up now... looking for food.

i hope we figure out what's up with him soon. :/

i wish my doctor would call me back.

The first few times I used my inhaler (albuterol) I thought I was going to jump out of my skin I was so jittery. I couldn't sit at my desk for longer then two minutes and I had quite visible shaking. I told the Dr. about it and he said that was normal until your body got used to it and to cut it down to one puff for awhile. That helped, now I don't feel anything other then being able to breath without feeling like some one is twisting a rubber band way too tight around my chest :)

I hope the best for the both of you!
