wuv, twue wuv.
Aug. 28th, 2003 03:36 amToday is my parents' 32nd Wedding Anniversary. (I think. 1971, right? or was it 1972? I'm sorry for my sieve brain.)
Happy Anniversary, Mom & Dad. :)
You've taught me that marriage is a partnership. And that the partnership survives fear, pranks, sickness, poverty, ticklefights, and hurt feelings. And you've taught me that any surface in the house is appropriate for a suddenmakeout session kiss-fest.
When you thought you embarassed my friends in HS who caught you smooching in the kitchen every single time they visited, they generally thought it was cute and were jealous that their parents weren't so affectionate.
You've been a wonderful example. Thank you. I'll go hide the bristlecat someplace silly and plan a ticklefight ambush for the morning.
I love you both.
(note to self, try to remember to mail a card on time one of these years)

Date: 2003-08-28 05:21 pm (UTC)It's been a great 32 years. Yes it was 1971 . . . a very good year. We went to Wellver's to celebrate. Remember that explodingcat? It was wonderful as usual.
Love you all.

What the hell is up with that? Permanent grey skin? Where'd you hear about this...sounds really wicked...I've never heard of such a condition before.

Date: 2003-08-28 09:00 pm (UTC)There was a political candidate recently with argyria, too--Stan Jones. Some folks say they took the wrong kind of silver.
It doesn't really matter, though, since there's really no *definitive* proof that there's any actual benefit to taking colloidal silver.
