i just want to go to bed, but i know i'll just hurt more there.

every muscle aches... some scream. boy massaged my shoulders and neck for hours today... played with my hair... and all for naught, it seems (okay, it does wonders for our closeness)...

i spent all day wandering through various Smithsonian museums with my friend Renee. it's great to spend time with her. she doesn't mind sitting on benches every time we see one... and we can chat for hours. she doesn't even berate me too severely after i beat her for making me sputter. ;) that's friendship.

i was hurting before i went down there... i slept horribly. not sure why. i just kept waking up. maybe it's time to increase my melatonin. i've had trouble staying asleep for a week or so now.

this evening has been torture. sitting hurts less than being prone... standing is hellish. so i'm staying at the computer, b/c typing uses only a few muscles and i can look straight/down at the screen. it's the least painful option. i tried gentle stretches and ended up crying. :(

i'm going to go to bed soon. i hope i can stay asleep tonight. this sucks. i hate fibromyalgia.

Poor Jossie :( I totally sympathize. Why can't people we dislike get all the pain?

And I want to go to the Smithsonian sometime, since I've been reading their magazine for years.

yar, smithsonian!

Yeah, I know. All that educational stuff for free! Actually, I was pondering a trip in early January before I fell & got all broken again. An out of town trip probably isn't the best idea now.

When you're all fixed, we can *all* go, how about that?

Wish both of you were feeling better :(
