Wow. You're a brave person? Just had to read this, eh? Well, I absolve myself from any disgust or stomach upset following this small post.

What the hell made me think I could have not one, but nearly two cups of coffee, today? I made vegetable soup a couple days ago. It had veggies, lentils, CABBAGE. It's what we've had for supper lately. I also had a bowlful of sweet corn last night. Needless to say, consptipation hasn't been an issue at all, despite my increased dairy intake.

So WHY did I think that this coffee wouldn't have explosive results? How stupid and forgetful am I? Coffee is the one thing guarateed to liquify my bowels in a few minutes or less. And I just had to imbibe it. I wanted my caffeine fix and I didn't want to drive the car to the nearest coke machine because the brakes sound funny. I just hope my ass calms down in the next several hours so I can get some sleep.

ha! that always happens to me if the coffeeshop gives me caffeinated coffee by mistake. and it happens from time to time, because i CANNOT stay away from coffee. especially around christmastime, when starbucks has that damned gingerbread latte. yum.

I hope your bathroom is on the ground floor....I have the same problem, where my insides are at one extreme or the other, neither comfortable, and our bathroom is upstairs. I wish I could find the person who came up with that and lay some whoopass on him.....idiot.
