Jan. 1st, 2003 11:26 pmi'm so glad 2002 is over. it was truly a year from hell.
i hope 2003 is better. it will win by a long shot if i don't end up in the hospital *twice* for major surgery, if boy doesn't develop more neuroses, and if we survive a move into town.
one good thing about 2002--getting out of the DC area. i love my friends there, but DC was sucking my soul and energy and leaving me with a wheezy shadow of myself.
i'd like to learn to crochet this year. i'd like to feel better, but i don't bank too much on that hope. it would be nice to wake up clear-headed, pain-free, and energetic, but i've forgotten what that's like after five+ years of the complete opposite.
i hope boy feels better. i hope he learns how to manage his anxiety in a way that doesn't drive me batty (in a bad way).
i hope living in charlottesville doesn't take as severe a toll on my health as living in DC/rockville/gaithersburg did.
