I gave Tom a lobster boat captain ornament. He squealed in delight and proclaimed it, "SEA CAPTAIN SANTA!" He gave me a pretty glass tree frog ornament.

Narli Bulion, a reduction of pomegranate juice stirred into broth. Served with fresh mint leaves and pomegranate seeds

Roasted Carrots with Cumin

Golden Beets with Parsnips and Roasted Garlic, braised with garlic-infused olive oil.
