i never thought i'd see the day when a governor of virginia would actually merely *consider* elevating the cigarette tax.

not that i'm complaining. 2.5¢/pack is ridiculously low.

of course, i'd rather not pay more for my alcohol, but i can deal. i don't buy *that* much.
