(no subject)

i slept in today. i had trouble falling asleep at midnight because i did not know how loud the ductwork was in this house. it sounded like someone was rifling through pots and pans in the hallway on the other side of the wall. or like a snare drum. once i convinced myself that all would be well, i fell asleep. i woke up around 9am. nice sleep. :)
