i baked a pie today. boy stood by me and helped peel and slice the peaches, then he proceeded to clean as i cursed at the crust.

rat_bastard drove the scary roads to our boonie home. he ate pie with us, tried a piece of bok choy, then giggled at the television with us for awhile. we watched the third crow movie (salvation). after *that*, we went outside for slug spotting and bat seeking. plenty of slugs, no bats. we did see a wolf spider with her egg sac. creepy.

i spotted the cat again. she is definitely pregnant. she ate a little food, then went to hide under the car. i put a box with a towel in it out for her, but i suspect she'd rather have kittens under the porch or in a hole in the woods.

Well, I decided to take 6 all the way home. Oddly enough, it is actually pretty much a straight shot from my house to your house. I have emblazoned the route upon memory, in case I have to urge to see slugs, smell cow, and eat pie. ;)
