the melanzane alla parmigiana is in the oven (eggplant parmesan for those who don't read culinary italian). soon i will put water on to boil for pasta. boy is refreshing our big bowl o'salad. we have no bread for garlic bread, but that's okay. pasta is fine. :)

this is the first time i've made eggplant this way. i'm flying by the seat of my pants, so hopefully it will turn out well. if it does, i'll be a nice little food porn director and post the recipe.
