rootofnewtdinner was lovely, though i preferred to not eat the butternut squash pieces. i'm just not a butternut squash girl.
i forgot to mop the bathroom, but i DID wrap my beloved boy's birthday presents.
he'll have finished a quarter-century in just five hours. he's sound asleep. he looks so sweet and sane in there, all curled up. it's hard to believe this is the same guy who's having a conversation with a cricket in his journal.
i gotta hide the little things i bought him. wonder where i can put 'em that he won't look? in my closet would probably work, but with my luck he'd decide to wear a dress tomorrow.
ah, well. i'm tired, so i'm going to bed. story of my life, i know.
