Jul. 1st, 2002 07:37 pmso, old buddha feet was wondering what we'd have for supper. we decided to fend for ourselves.
then i had a thought... "eh, ol' buddha feet... if you make a condensed cream of celery soup, i'll make seitan-broccoli casserole."
"whee-hah! yes!" exclaimed old buddha feet, who walked into the kitchen after he printed off a recipe for condensed cream of celery soup.
when he finished, i mixed frozen broccoli and peas with chopped up seitan, and canola mayo. then we topped it off with sliced indiana colby and bread crumbs.
it's in the oven right now. in the meantime, boy is sitting quietly, encouraging his feet to become buddha-like.
