It's been three months. Ronan, of course, needs new shoes. His current pair of Riley Roos (flash, the red ones) are pretty much at the end of their fitting life span. His toes fill the toebox to the tip now, so it's just a matter of a couple weeks.

I could buy him the next size up. I like the flexibility of this shoe. He tends to trip in clunkier shoes and he was a later walker, so I like keeping him in shoes like these. He runs and climbs with the best of 'em, of course, but just seems to do so more gracefully in some shoes. Not sure if I want to stick with the awesome red shoes or opt for the on-sale color. Or if I should even bother right now.

He does have a pair of See Kai Run boots, but he's still growing into them.

hrm. Decisions.

I like the red. I like the chocolate berry that are on sale too. I think the aspen are my favorite tho.

I buy all of Sean's shoes at Vincent shoe store. Their shoes are adorable, well made, and their staff is fantastic.

Thanks for the rec. I'll have to see if I can take a look at some the next time I'm in the Philly area (they have retailers up that way).

I generally can't buy a brand online sight unseen. :/ I have to make sure the rubber is mostly synthetic and that neither the leather nor the flexible bits are stinky. And it's so hard to gauge flexibility when there's no graphic like the one on this page (http://www.rileyroos.com/cgi/rileyroos/story.html) That's how flexible I like his shoes to be.
