White Pizza

We ended up at Jules twice this trip. The second time, explodingcat wanted to be a bit less extreme (we usually order two medium GF pies) and just wanted to order one pizza. So we had to figure out a good one that we'd both like. I pointed out that we could add toppings, we didn't have to stick with their pre-numbered options.

So we got the cheese #3, no sauce, + broccoli, chicken, and red onion.

It was amazing.

When Ronan lets me, I'm gonna go in the kitchen and make my own white pizza. Yum.

What kind of crust do you like/make? Since I've gone gf, I have yet to like pizza. I've tried a few mixes, but would rather do with out. If you have a magic recipe I'd love it!

I use a premade crust, usually, simply because I'm short on time/energy. I think tonight was Glutino. It's a bit sweet and reminiscent of canned crescent rolls, though less flaky.

The dough for chebe/pao de queijo grills very well for a grilled crust.
