Oops, Sci-Fi says the date got pushed back to July 4. So much for having it in time for my birthday. :(

But the series IS good. You won't be disappointed. This is quite possibly everything that Fox was shooting for back when they had their (failed) comeback in '96, w/ Paul McGann.

Battlestar is really good. It's by one of the old ST:TNG writers who wrote all the good episodes. They've got Michelle Forbes (Ensign Ro) playing a kicking part right now. It's my second favorite current TV series. After Dr. Who, of course.

I gave in, or more particularly my cousins handed me a large stack of DVDs they had obtained "somewhere" and made me watch it. :)
