Dear Apple,
The threat still stands. Only this time, if I don't get a new ibook, I'm not only writing various Apple executives, I'm writing an article for our local papers. They may be piddly, but not many people know that I am actually capable of writing coherent vitriol, rather than my bloggy blatherings most folks are accustomed to. Stop pissing me off. Make this situation right or I'll not only poop on your head, I'll replace all your toilets with low pressure low flow units that don't fit any standard plungers. And I'll give you a zip-it for a drain snake.
