it looks like rain. like windy, heavy, rumbling rain. i wish it would actually come. it's *hot* here, mid-90s

i'm home now. all achy and good. nursing a nearly full bottle of virgil's root beer.

i'm feeling quite achy and such but things are slowly improving. i'm not to lift things, drive, pedal, sit in bathwater, etc.

i'm going to go take a shower soon. i'm still in a duragesic/dilaudid haze. i have a feeling that the fever i've been running and the high heat of the day has caused my duragesic patch to release more fentanyl.

my UV allergy is back with a vengeance. i asked my doctor to run the ANA panel. she pointed out that ordering the sed rate right now would be pointless... ;) if this comes back firmly negative, i'll request the porphyria 24-hr urine test. can do it and then have tom drive up and deposit it one dy. poor boy.

okay, too out of it to type.

love y'all. i'm so happy to be home. and i feel so loved and supported to have so many good friends in all spheres of my life. :)

i should go now. weather channel just confirmed my innate weather wisdom--severe thunderstorms around my boonies. be well, all.∞

sweetie!

I'm also glad to see I'm not the only person who managed to stay connected to the net even while in the hospital

yeah, well, i would've been on irc, too, but i had too much traffic in my room and out. such a shame, no? ;)

ah, well. i suppose it's all for the good. i'm home now, with my gothawfully slow connection. ah, well. so it goes. that's my trade off for living in the boonies.ˇ
