Earlier today, I made cole slaw. I didn't make the creamy kind because boy said the vinegar-based sounded agreeable. I used tarragon vinegar and apple cider vinegar. yum.

Anyhow, it's *hot* today. I love eating slaw on a hot day. The only food more cooling is cucumbers-n-onions. Maybe I'll cut up those next.

I'm trying to decide if we have enough time to attempt to move the AC units. Probably not. And we won't have time tomorrow. Hrm.

i wish i liked cucumbers. i love the *idea* of cucumbers, but everytime I try to eat them they don't live up to my mental image. :\

mmmm...I've been on a cucumber sandwich binge had totally forgotten about frig pickles (cucumbers and onions) guess what I'm off to dooooooooooo.....
