rootofnewtWe should probably sync the iPod. I realized just now that I really want Graham to hear Ego Likeness, but I only have one copy of each CD. So I can rip the CDs and take the iPod along, then try to remember to buy and send him a CD if he likes the stuff. I can put a few Trinity Project songs on, too.
I'm drinking jasmine tea and slowly putting things to straights here and there. Tom's got his iTunes set to shuffle, so I'm hearing a bit of Ego Likeness followed by Nick Cave, then some Morrissey or Tom Waits. Lovely mix. Of course, there's Bjork, Kaada, and other random things in there. It's his work PC, so it's not got the vast collection we keep on the iBook for the iPod. We own actual CDs of most of the music we keep on this machine. Some things were ripped from friends' copies --either because the stuff's not in print or because I wasn't sure I liked the music enough to buy it. Generally, anything we keep on it for more than a set number of months get marked to buy at some point in the future. Living with a musician
Doing a bit of laundry, finding homes for other things.
I *need* to take recycling today or tomorrow. Looks like tomorrow, as late as it isnow.
