There's auroral activity again tonight.

And there are reports from my actual area, but outside of town.

In order to see it well, I need to leave town to get away from the light pollution, but I was out late last night, didn't sleep well, and got up early today.

While I *could* go out tonight, driving myself would absolutely mean being housebound for the next few days. I'm already feeling unwell, so I need to conserve my energy and not bring on a more severe crash or flare.

So I'll stay home and mope.

For the same reasons I wasn't able to go see 'em for myself. However, the local news showed amazing still shots sent in from viewers all over the metro area. One pic was even from this town. So, vicariously, eh?

I'm hating this "getting over being sick" part. Sure... the lungs are better but now comes the flare. Joy.
