Well, the update and edit pages now appear to look less like a tire fire. However, my comments are either failing or double-commenting or--I get error messages saying comment did not post at all when, in reality, it double-posted. Trying to delete the doubles is a crapshoot, too. And LJ is slow as molasses. Actually, it's slower than molasses. Adelphia appears to be slow as molasses today, so I won't blame all of the snailpace on LJ.

LJ needs an enema, in other words, possibly a colonic.

There was a beautiful picture on the front page of the Daily Progress today. Quality nature photography doesn't often make it into this paper. Just gorgeous . . .

Toasting sweet paprika before adding it to bean dip adds a nice touch--more robust than the usual paprika zing.

Thank you again for my share of it. I *love* the color, and use it to sprinkle on dipping sauces and things. And I love what it does to toasted pita bread.
