Local folks (or visiting folks) have priority over this stuff. I procrastinate forever and if I agree to mail something... well, ask
baobh about the box of underwear I have from her 2001 move.
one ... thing? of roman blinds, cotton, blue, from Ikea. approximately 4' long and 3' wide (i don't feel like measuring them right now). can be hung on screws/hooks or suspended (two eyelets on top).
also:
vent cover material. this is like the 3M filtration material. It might *be* 3M Filtrete material. it's meant to be cut to size. It goes over vents (you can use sticky velcro hooks or magnetic velcro hooks). partially cut, as i needed it in the last house. i don't know if i have any velcro hooks in it. it should be replaced every 3-6months. you don't want to cover all the vents in your house--it makes the furnace less efficient. it's good if your ductwork is super dusty or if the previous tenants had pets.
one pair of black leather mary janes. the straps have decorative (and working, though not really functional in any way) zippers. size eight. Anarchy brand, which the Torrid salesgirl surrepitiously told me is manufactured by Doc Marten. Soles have some wear, though most of the anarchy symbols are visible. These make lovely footprints on concrete when one's shoes are wet. Soles are black rubber. The leather has some scuffs on the toes. Could be polished up, but would still show a bit of wear. My orthotics make these shoes too shallow and I can't wear them without the orthotics, because my feet will kill me (my problems, not the shoes'). they're also a bit big for my feet, especially with my arches constricted. Cute.
I have a pair of dusty velvet platform shoes. think chinese slippers with solid platform heels. dusty, full of baking soda (tryign to get rid of the damn smell). worn once or twice--again, the nerves in my feet can't handle them. Pandamerica brand. Size 24 (?? more like a 37, I think). Need a good brushing, but would clean up easily. Bought at a store in Broadripple (Indianapolis) several years ago. Also cute. Made in California.
Red, magenta-red satin brocade Chinese slippers/flats. Size 37. Worn once or twice. Also have baking soda inside, in an attempt to get rid of that chinese slipper rubber smell. Made in China.
Dark rust/brown fake patent leather shoes. Size seven. Little wear. Eastside brand (payless shoes). Laces. Sort of oxford-like, with a slight boxy heel.
Black to-the-knee canvas sneaker boots. Slight boxy heel. lace/speedlace. 6.5 --closer to a 7 or 7.5
black pointy-toe flats. look like shiny leather, could be manmade. probably manmade. 7W. comfort soles in 'em. likely from payless. some wear, a bit creased, good for dress-shoe workplace if you have pointy toes.
Polyfill traditional batting. queen-size seamless sheet. still in plastic. 100% polyester.
Antibacterial polyfill extra-loft batting. king-size seamless sheet. in plastic. 100% polyester
white metal lamp with white plastic shade. hideous. retro-ish. utilitarian. lived in boy's room for as long as he can remember. i'm sick of dusting it. i'm replacing it so that his bedside lamp matches mine (cute, small, bronze, three-way bulb, touch-switch rather than knob switch).
