rootofnewtred lentil curry over hard boiled eggs
eggplant with a garlic-poppyseed sauce
that's what i'm making. i might make some parathas, too, though maybe not. we do have some papadums, so those might suffice.
i should go buy a cucumber so i can make some raita. or maybe i should make mint chutney... nah, i think raita is in order.
