hot fried rice

i decided i wanted to have fried rice, so i got up to make some as, birthday or not, i'm still allergic to soy and can't just order some.
at one point, i asked boy to find the crushed red pepper flakes and sprinkle a tiny bit it. he opened the wrong side of the shaker and dumped in a couple tablespoons.
i should have just pulled the carrots and cabbage out of the fridge, dumped the skillet, and started again. instead, i scooped most of the pepper out, deeming the remaining teaspoon or so "perfectly fine". this is a small skillet, mind... i finished cooking everything.
i had a sore throat. i'm not sure i do anymore. it's rather numb. o_O
i can almost taste the fried rice. i think it's pretty good, under the fire.
