tamiflu needs to be taken with food, otherwise it tends to leave one rather nauseated and prone to vomiting... so darn it... i just have to make myself some hot cocoa in the evenings so that i can take the bedtime dose of the drug. and ... oh darn! i needed whipped cream, too. it's a good thing i have a hand mixer with a whisk attachment.

i did accompany boy to the store tonight for eggs, sushi (i wanted the pickled yellow daikon stuff), and tomatoes. it wore me out a bit. must remember that even if the flu has subsided, i still have CFIDS and fibro to contend with. and they're not going to let me escape lightly.

i must appease them with cocoa.

that should work, right?

right?

I've never tried daikon, but I hear it's good.

My former roommate bought one, opened the package, and put it back in the fridge.. resulting in the juice seeping all over the fridge. she also left it in there for a good while, even after I placed it in a Ziploc baggie. Needless to say, I wasn't too keen on trying it at that point.

mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm...daikon sushi...yum yum. we tried to have sushi tonight at the local chinese/japanese/polynesian place...but were informed "not on monday nights, that's mike's night off." huh? guess "mike" is the sushi guy...hehehe...ooooooookay...whatever. we will be making a trip into cambridge soon to hit our favorite sushi place, and i'll *definitely* be getting daikon maki...oh yes, make it so.

and yeah, isn't cocoa a cure-all?
