i really hate being housebound.

i'm practically couch-bound, which is even worse.

it's days like these i'm thankful i'm not a severely afflicted CFIDS patient who must spend most of zir time in bed and cannot take care of zirself at all.

is the cold causing most of the problems? i'm dreading this but i just found out i'll be going up to the poconos for christmas. for all my desire to see snow, i know i do NOT do well in cold - noooo sireee.

cold doesn't usually affect me like this.

this rib/chest/neck pain is really weird. it's not my typical fibro pain. my doctor thinks there's something else going on, he's just not sure what. one suggestion he threw out is that my wacky system is using joint/cartilage inflammation as an immune response.... i spent a week in a house with a cat, fabric softener, etc... the pain hit me on last monday or tuesday (got there saturday night, came home this past saturday).

the last time he diagnosed costo, i was having really really bad allergy problems.

in other words... no clue. bloodwork is normal. i'm sure idiopathic is being tossed all over my chart, just like usual.

i don't discount any pain - i had a weird toe thing going on last week - i swear it felt like i had arthritis in just one toe. then it disappeared. but i have random ghostie pains like that from time to time. right now, it's my gums. it's always something :)
