Dec. 1st, 2003 12:45 pmi have a very good husband.
he's surly because he's back at work after a long weekend (and over a week away from home). he was jerked out of bed by a phonecall this morning from the landlord about the grass (it's about 3" long, by the way). followed shortly by one from a coworker at 9am, so he had to put his computer back together right away (well, he'd have started it *anyhow*, but y'know... and his computer is misbehaving, to boot, which is not a good thing. i'm not sure if it's bad misbehaving or just "had no access to the VPN for a week, must download oogles of data" misbehaving.
he's also disguntled because the house is a mess (we haven't had time to unpack or do laundry from the NJ trip) and groceries are everywhere, but the pantry needs to be re-arranged before we can put them away.
he has a wife who is wincing everytime she *breathes*, much less moves...
and he just called to me to let me know my teapot was whistling and my omelet is done. he's a *good* monkey. i love him so much.
