well, i make a bastardized version. strictly speaking, it's a canadian dish (I'm not sure which region, perhaps Quebec?) made of french fried potatoes, a tangy turkey gravy, and fresh cheddar-ish cheese curds.

i made fresh french fries and added yogurt cheese and gravy (brown gravy with tamarind chutney stirred in and a squirt of honey barbecue sauce). quite tasty.

are you coming out tonight? Turn Pale is *great*.

Couldn't get out, two reasons KMFDM drained funds and My Family. I had to watch the kids.

Indeed poutine is a french canadian dish from quebec. Can be any gravy- not neccesarrily turkey gravy with cheese curds.. very yum yum.... but its like cholestoral city here we come! heheheh I usually have it once a year at our folk festival..my sister -in-law and i split on a portion. *hugs* :) and enjoy the poutine!

I meant to ask you about this. Since you post about the solar flares and such, I figured you would know about the lunar eclipse.

We missed the actual full eclipse. Do you know of any websites that might have taken pictures of the eclipse over time?
