rootofnewtso... tonight's an easy dinner.
Three Tasty Bite entrees--Jaipur Vegetables (navratan korma), Punjab Eggplant (baignan bharta), and Chicken Moglai (MOGWAI!). Obviously, the chicken is for boy.
I'm making thisSplit Pea Dal, too. We'll have pappadums and be happy campers. I probably still have some raita, too.
