yesterday, i didn't make it to the gym. that might've been wise, considering all i did physically (shower, etc)...

today, though, i'm going. i feel better about myself for it. sure, i'm only going to swim about 50m total, but hey--at least i can get that far.

still need shower shoes. oooh, i wonder where my ikea frog flip flops are.

(i still instinctively call flip-flops thongs, but that sounds so weird now that the underwear is so big--my ikea frog thongs?!?)

Huh... would that be thongs with pictures of frogs on them? Or thongs made OUT of frogs?

ahh! frogs in thongs! that's HOT! jos, keep up the physical activity as much as you can. i know it's hard, but i think the payoffs will outweigh the immediate struggle.

I'll keep it up unless my CFIDS symptoms return full force. Physical activity worsens CFIDS dramatically, so the end results DO NOT outweigh ANYTHING. ;)

hmm.. and I thought "thongs" as plural, which would imply you wear two at once - of whatever they're made of - which would be rather awkward and odd. Isn't nice to have your whole world turn into one giant dangling participle? That must be why you associate with us.
