If you can afford it somehow, I recommend getting yourself a Hoover Floormate since you have mostly hard floors in your house. It vacuums /and/ mops them and is such a huge labor-saving device for a sickly, energyless girl like me. It is expensive, but maybe you can convince your family it'd be a good hexmas gift.
