Indian food!

This afternoon, I fed explodingcat, rat_bastard, nothingoth, and myself.

I was in a cooking mood...

Indian Style Potato Croquettes
tarka dal
fried cabbage

I added black mustard seeds, kalonji, and curry leaves to the cabbage.

I also made mint chutney and (cucumber) raita. I keep store-bought tamarind chutney on hand.

It was all quite yummy and made enough that we have some leftovers. :)

I thought about making a lentil curry sauce to serve over hard boiled eggs, but decided to skip 'em. The dal provide some protein. :)
